An 'autorenew' policy means that they will renew a service and charge you for it unless you specifically request otherwise. I have spent most of today trying to find a way to ensure that I do not pay for domains I no longer need (for myself and/or clients). You can't even remove a card from the account to trip the autorenew process up before it costs you, so I have had to resort to changing the Cardholder Name they hold for me to 'DO NOT USE THIS CARD'. This morning I had to phone a client and tell him 123-reg had used his card to pay for someone else's (unwanted) hosting renewal. I'm leaving 123-reg ASAP, because the hosting and domain name renewal process has cost some people (who have posted their grievances online) a very substantial amount of money. BEWARE. Hi Kerry
